Frequently asked questions.

Does your orchard do “Pick Your Own”?

We understand the appeal of picking your own fruit, but we do not offer Pick Your Own services at our orchard. Our peaches require careful handling to maintain their quality and prevent damage. We carefully select and pick each peach at its peak ripeness, ensuring you receive the best possible fruit. By managing the picking process ourselves, we can guarantee the highest quality peaches. We appreciate your understanding, and we hope you'll enjoy the carefully selected peaches available at our roadside stand.

Do you have any other produce besides peaches?

While peaches are our primary crop, we do offer some additional seasonal produce. Earlier in the season (May and June), we may have our tasty plums and apricots available. Occasionally, we also offer tomatoes and watermelon. In the fall, we sometimes have pecans for sale. Unfortunately, we no longer grow blackberries. Our selection can vary, so we recommend checking with us directly about current availability. Our focus remains on providing the highest quality peaches from our orchard.

Do you have any white peaches?

In June, we occasionally offer white peaches, typically in smaller quantities compared to our standard peach varieties. Our signature white peach is the "Sweet Lorraine," a unique variety developed exclusively by our farm. Named after Lorraine Studebaker, this special peach is not found anywhere else and represents our family's commitment to innovation in peach cultivation.

Are you an organic operation?

We are not a certified organic farm, but we are committed to responsible and sustainable agricultural practices. We strictly adhere to all pesticide regulations and only apply treatments when absolutely necessary to protect our crop. Our approach focuses on minimal intervention, using targeted pest management strategies that prioritize the health of our trees, fruit, and the surrounding environment. We carefully follow recommended guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of our peaches.
